Aga and James Hilferty

Aga and James Hilferty both hold the prestigious WSET Diploma, are MW students, and are obsessed with wine. They live in Miami with their cats and a diverse collection of bottles, which has difficulty growing due to constant depletions. They work in the wine industry and are passionate about teaching and writing. In their free time, you’ll find them in the kitchen experimenting with various cuisines, on the couch watching re-runs of “Columbo”, or reading books (most likely on wine). Sometimes they kick back in the Florida Keys, explore wine bars in New Orleans, or visit Napa being a nuisance to winemakers with their trillion questions. They love Mornington Pinots, Rutherford dust, Madeira, and cheap Rose by the pool.
